About 50 enterprising Bulgarian women can be supported under the National Mentoring Program 2022. It is conducted by the Entrepreneurship and Startup Council with the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) at the initiative of its founders and co-chairs – Gena Sabeva and Victoria Karaabova-Stoyanova, ladies who have many years of experience as successful business owners and mentors of startup entrepreneurs.
The mentors are 13 successful businesswomen.
The first 8 candidates went through mentoring from January to June 8, this year.
“We saw the results. We are ready for a national program for women who need mentors to get into business. We will help them clarify exactly what they want, what their talent is, what business product they can make. The 13 mentors have a total of over 400 years of experience. These are not teachers, but rather active entrepreneurs. We can help them with absolutely anything. It will not be just training. We will not only tell how we started, but we will take them by the hand and lead them. Age is irrelevant. It is always a good time to start your own business,” Sabeva said.
The Mentoring Program 2022 provides:
- • 6 months filled with new knowledge and skills;
- • 18 days of intensive practical classes;
- • Individual approach and attention;
- • Access to additional events; Building a contact network
- • Creating a business plan;
- • Presentation to investors, partners, and clients.
